Already quoted as 'Rape Capital,' Delhi emerged as the horrible place to live. The recent shocking incident, in which, a 14-year old girl was repeatedly raped by the kidnappers and forced her to drink acid. The result is after 1-month long painful suffering in the hospital, she died. It's a national shame. Immediately, the Central Government should give the responsibility of police to the State. Otherwise, we can witness the blame game in the court. On any account, this kind of horrible incidents allow to happen anywhere in the country. If we become like a mute spectator, then there will be more such incidents will happen. We, the people, should stand-up and shout loudly 'enough is enough.'
